The role of think tanks (independent groups with the intent of analyzing public policies) in framing Russian foreign policy issues: Sant’Anna School participates and contributes to the discussion  in international conference  The Role of Think Tanks and Technical Experts in Foreign and Security Policy, at LUISS, Rome, on April 22nd. Serena Giusti, Researcher at Sant’Anna Dirpolis Institute and Carolina de Stefano, Ph.D. Student in Human Rights and Global Politics: Legal, Philosophical and Economic Challenges present the paper “Forging Policies Towards Russia: is the Carnegie Moscow Center an Effective Prototype” in first session of the joint conference.

The Joint Conference between Italy’s IAI Istituto Affari Internazionali in Rome, the LUISS School of Government, the London School of Economics, in cooperation with the  Centre de la Méditerranée Moderne et Contemporaine in Nice, as part of IAI's 50th anniversary celebrations, explores the think tank model and their role in the policymaking process and provides expert insight and policy solutions aimed at playing a direct role in steering government actions.
