A critical assessment of the 2013-2018 parliamentary term in Italy

The series of workshops aims to retrace the work of the Italian Parliament during the 17th “legislatura” (parliamentary term 2013-2018). The point of view of constitutional lawyers will be combined with the different perspective of parliamentary counsels and drafters, as well as the experience of politicians which were directly involved in those processes.

The first seminar will focus on the use of the different legislative instruments, while the second one will focus on the most relevant issues concerning the work of each parliamentary body. The last seminar will then offer the possibility to discuss some of the most significant policies pursued in the period considered.
