Bio

Andrea Baldoni received his Ph.D. in BioRobotics at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna di Pisa cum laude, where he currently leads the mechanical team with a postdoc position. He received B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Perugia in 2011 and 2013 respectively.

His main research interests are in the design and development of innovative, smart mechanical solutions for highly ergonomic human-robot physical interaction in the field of wearable robotics.

He co-authored several scientific papers and he is an inventor of several patents about new mechanisms and actuation solutions for wearable robots.
