The Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies of Pisa, with D.R. no.562 of July, 27, 2026, announces a public selection for the awarding of three postdoctoral research positions (incarichi post doc) pursuant to Article 22-bis of Law no. 240 of 30 December 2010 at the Academic Faculty ofSocial Sciences and the Institute of Law, Politics and Development in the Groups of Academic disciplines 12/GIUR-11 "Comparative Law" - Academic discipline GIUR-11/A "Comparative Private Law".

Applications for participation in the selection must be submitted exclusively after registration on the dedicated IT application, available from July, 30, 2026, at the link  https://pica.cineca.it/santanna/2026-incpd-08/domande/ 

Deadline: August 26, 2026 at  12:00 p.m. (Italian Time)

The interview with the committee will be in Pisa on September, 14, 2026 at 09:00 p.m.

The list of candidates admitted to the interview will be published on  September, 7, 2026.

Candidates admitted will not receive personal communication.

The applicants resident or working abroad, admitted  to the interviews, are allowed to hold the interview in their country of residence via conference call if previously identified in an Italian Embassy/consulate or in a recognized University/Research Centre by an employee or a Professor. Please contact incarichipostdoc@santannapisa.it not after 72 hours before the date of the interview.

At the public discussion can be attended by all interested parties. 

NOTICE OF SEPTEMBER 7, 2026: The list of candidates admitted to the interview will be published on September 15, 2026. The oral exams have been rescheduled for September 22, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
