Book Presentation: In Praise of Wheat
On May 22, 2026, from 3:30 PM, at Aula 3 of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, Piazza Martiri della Libertà 33, Pisa, the book presentation of "In Praise of Wheat – What We Talk About When We Talk About Wheat" will take place.
Nine authors, seven chapters, an accessible account of what lies within and behind the wheat we bring to our table every day. Published by Edizioni Medicea of Florence with a foreword by Giorgio Manzi (Sapienza University of Rome), the volume is aimed not only at specialists, but at anyone who wants to know more about one of the most fundamental staples of our culture.
