The Institute of Economics of the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies organises the workshop “Macroeconomic Implications of Climate-Related Risks: Challenges and Opportunities for the Low-Carbon Transition”, which will take place at the School’s premises from February 23 to 25.

The event brings together researchers, early-career scholars and international experts to explore the macroeconomic implications of climate-related risks and to discuss analytical tools and policy strategies to support the transition to a low-carbon economy. The programme includes thematic sessions, research presentations, discussions with designated discussants, a keynote lecture and a final roundtable.

The workshop is organised within the framework of the research projects ECliPTIc — Evaluating Climate Physical and Transition Risks in Italy and NEWS — SteeriNg financE toWards green technologieS: a hybrid experimental-computational macro approach.
