Francesco Bianciardi
Bio
Francesco Bianciardi is a Research Assistant with a Master degree in Biomedical Engineering from Pisa University, Italy.
He joined the Microscale Robotics Laboratory during his master thesis, working on the design and fabrication of pH-responsive microrobots based on active microparticles and hydrogels for biomedical applications. His main experience is focused on wet chemistry fabrication techniques and microscopy analyses.
Currently he is working on the fabrication of magnetic microrobots based on biological membranes (liposomes).
