Giulia Priora

Giulia Priora is Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of Law, Politics and Development at Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa. Her current research, largely carried out within the frame of the EU Horizon2020 project “reCreating Europe”, focuses on copyright law, intellectual property, EU digital innovation and media policies, platform regulation and inequalities in the digital markets, with particular attention being dedicated to the fields of education, scientific research and press information.

She is also Affiliated Researcher at the CEU Center for Media Data and Society in Budapest and permanent contributor at Kluwer Copyright Blog. She has served as Visiting Lecturer at Bocconi University, Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, CEU School of Public Policy, universities of Münster, Nuoro, Yangon, and as Visiting Researcher at Columbia Law School, University of Hamburg, and Bournemouth University.

She holds a SJD in International Business Law summa cum laude (CEU), a double master's degree in Italian and German Law (University of Torino/Westfälische Wilhelm University of Münster) and a LL.M. in Comparative Law, Economics and Finance (IUC Turin).
