Call 2026 Erasmus+ Traineeship Talent@Work | Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna

It is now on line the "Talent at Work" call by the Erasmus Mobility Consortium (Scuola IMT, Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, Scuola Normale Superiore). The call will offer mobility grants for traineeship activities in companies, training centres, research centres, universities and other organisations in Europe and Partner Countries.

Deadline for applications April 7, 2026.

Applicants may begin verifying the possibility of completing the Traineeship Agreement, to be agreed with the host institution in order to obtain the 7 points associated with this criterion (see attachment), and may request the 2026 ISEE declaration which, if below the threshold, entitles them to an additional contribution.

Each Institution will draw up two ranking lists:

Ranking List A: for candidates who do NOT present any incompatibility with the receipt of EU funds;
Ranking List B: for candidates who present incompatibilities with EU funds.

Who can participate

Students of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna enrolled in:

Honors Courses
Postgraduate/PhD courses
I and II level Master Diplomas

Students of the Scuola Normale Superiore and Scuola IMT Alti Studi Lucca.

Destinations

European Union countries and partner countries (see list and special conditions detailed in the call).

When

Mobility can start from May 4, 2026 and they must end by July 31, 2027.

It is possible to apply for a mobility already started from 01/03/2026, if the remaining period to be carried out after 04/05/2026 is at least 2 months (60 days). If the grant is awarded, it will only cover the period from 04/05/2026.

For ranking list B, mobility periods may be funded if they begin by November 1, 2026.

Duration of the traineeship

Long term mobility: minimum two months (60 full days) and maximum twelve months (360 days).

Short term mobility: minimum 5 days, maximum 30 days (in case of Bachelor, master’s degree and master’s diplomas students, an unfunded virtual component of the mobility will be mandatory).

Blended mobility
Travel contribution (Erasmus+ EU funds) for all mobility activities – including students undertaking mobility to EU Member States, Programme‑associated third countries, and non‑associated third countries in Regions 13 and 14
Increase in grants for students with fewer opportunities (ISEE < Euro 28.339,88)
Mobility in Partner Countries (considering EU funds, only 20% of the Budget for mobilities to these countries)
