Conference on "Resilience and mental well-being of healthcare workers and caregivers": prof. Paola Cantarelli, MeS Laboratory, presents the Italian case of Support4Resilience
Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies — represented on this occasion by Paola Cantarelli, associate professor at the MeS Laboratory of the Institute of Management — will present the Italian case of the Support4Resilience project, carried out at the Fondazione Casa Cardinale Maffi, on the occasion of the ECM- and CROAS-accredited event "Resilience and mental well-being of healthcare workers and caregivers for safe, quality care."
The event, organized by ATS Bergamo with the support of the International Health Mattone Programme – ProMIS (2026–2028), will take place on September 25, 2026 in Bergamo. It will be a particularly valuable opportunity to explore the theme of resilience in care services and to discuss concrete tools for supporting the well-being of healthcare workers and caregivers, as well as the quality of care.
