On 23 October 2018 in Pavia, Giovanni Dosi, Professor of Economics at Sant’Anna School, welcomes new students of IUSS institution giving his opening remarks for new academic year 2018 -2019. Giovanni Dosi chose the tribute speech topic “C'è un altro paradigma: l'economia come sistema complesso in evoluzione”, to honor the late Professor Luigi Orsenigo who passed away in May this year.
