The "Women@Dior" international mentoring program is dedicated to young women. Launched in 2017, the program is designed to empower young women to achieve their career ambitions by pairing them with Christian Dior employees who will provide face-to-face careers advice and guidance. Today, "Women@Dior" has allowed Sant’Anna School Law student Roberta De Paolis to benefit from two mentors working at the "Maison Dior" and join the "Women@Dior" global (across eleven cities in USA, Europe, Japan and China) community of young women.

This year, participants have been selected on the base of three criteria: talent, ambition and generosity. By offering skill-based mentorships, the "Women@Dior" 2019, expected to reach 400 members, becomes an exclusive and inclusive community to contribute to projects of high social impact and networking, in cooperation with local partners committed to women empowerment and sorority building.

Celebrating the “powerful sisterhood” program launched in March 2019, the three-day event “Women@Dior” reflects the values of Dior group to give back to the community and be a role model in sharing an inclusive culture and reaching a gender parity in the management positions by March 2020.
