- Direcor of several technical assistance project in Guatemala, central America, Colombia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Etiopia, Eritrea, Somaliland, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Burundi, Central and Eastern European Countries;
