U.O. programming, control, performance and quality

 

  • Support to governance in planning and strategic control
  • Support to the Management for the definition of planning and reporting documentation relating to the performance cycle; management of the performance measurement and evaluation system, also with regard to technical-administrative personnel
  • Support for the management of teaching and research assessment processes
  • Implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System
  • Statistical function and management of IT platforms

U.O. legal affairs

 

  • Legal advice to the Rector, the Managing Director, the central administrative structures and the Institutes
  • Management of civil, administrative and criminal litigation, including preliminary reports to the State Attorney's Office and opposition to injunctions
  • Direct constitution and defense in court before the Tax Commission
  • Memoranda of understanding, framework agreements and conventions signed by the Rector
  • Care and management of acts (ATS and Procurements) for the participation of the School in research projects financed by third parties
  • Management of deeds of liberality (bequests and donations not of modest value) and handling of the relative public deeds in favor of the School and freeing of levels
  • Relationship with the DPO and adaptation of internal regulations on privacy;
  • Preparation and revision of internal sources in collaboration with the structures concerned, coordination and interpretation of the Statute, acts and internal rules and regulations

U.O. safety and environment 
 

  • implements policies regarding health and safety in the workplace 
  • draws up and periodically updates the risk assessment documents (DVR) and the emergency plans for the School's buildings;
  • identifies the prevention and protection measures for the safety and health of the working environment;
  • assists the Employer, the Managers (General Manager and Institute Directors), the Managers of teaching and research activities in the laboratory and the Persons in charge, in the management of their respective responsibilities in the field of accident prevention;
  • organizes, together with the Medical Officer, health surveillance of workers;
  • interfaces with the Workers' Safety Representatives, also responding to workers' questions on matters relating to health and safety in the workplace;
  • deals with information activities regarding prevention, health and safety;
  • organizes and provides compulsory training courses on health and safety in the workplace.


The Safety and Environment OU implements environmental policies; draws up regulations, rules and procedures for the correct collection and disposal of special waste (hazardous and non-hazardous); supports the staff of the University Structures in the organization, management and collection of special waste;
