Sant'Anna 2031
Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna is launching a new cycle of strategic planning with the Strategic Plan 2026–2031 and the Three-Year Programme 2026–2028, which define the School’s direction for the coming years.
The document is set within a phase of significant growth for the School and identifies the priorities needed to turn this growth into institutional maturity: strengthening the quality of research and education, valuing talent, consolidating social mobility, promoting internationalisation and interdisciplinarity, increasing the impact of the knowledge produced, and investing in organisation, digitalisation, spaces and sustainability.
The Strategic Plan sets out the School’s medium- to long-term vision and is structured around strategic mission areas, cross-cutting strategic areas and four special projects: the Pisa University and Research System, MeMo, Innovation Hub and Sant’Anna Forum. The Three-Year Programme 2026–2028 ensures its implementation through objectives, actions, KPIs, targets and monitoring.
