An Introduction to Antitrust Law: the Economic Perspective
The Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies hosts the seminar “An Introduction to Antitrust Law: the Economic Perspective”, an opportunity to explore the economic foundations of antitrust law and the evolving relationship between competition policy, markets, and regulation.
The seminar will feature a lecture by Professor Mariateresa Maggiolino of Bocconi University, offering an interdisciplinary perspective on key issues in antitrust law, with particular attention to the economic principles underlying competition rules and enforcement in contemporary markets.
Introduced by Dr. Giulia Schneider of the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, the event is addressed to students, researchers, and scholars interested in competition law and economic governance.
