On June 4, 2026, the International Law Roundtable returns to Palazzo Pilo Boyl for a discussion dedicated to the role of advisory jurisdiction in strengthening the rule of law within the international legal order.

The roundtable, titled “The Role of Advisory Jurisdiction of International Courts in Promoting the Rule of Law”, will feature a presentation by Ludovica Chiussi Curzi (University of Bologna), with Riccardo Luporini serving as Chair.

The event is part of the International Law Roundtable, an initiative promoted by the PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers of Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna working in the field of international law, coordinated by Lorenzo Gasbarri. Conceived as a space for open academic dialogue, the series brings together scholars and researchers to discuss current developments and emerging challenges in international law.
