It is therefore mandatory to make a request to the ICT Services Helpdesk that can force change of the password.

You can visit the office in opening hours, where the staff will carry out the operation, verifying your identity and verifying your status on the Scuola central records.

In case you cannot go to the offices personally, your request MUST be accompanied by the opportunity to verify your identity and your account holder (hereinafter referred to as UID and corresponding to your account's n.lastname form).

You can then follow these alternatives:

·         Call (+39 050 883 700) the helpdesk, requesting the password reset of your UID (or by providing Name, Surname and Date of Birth) and leaving a contact to be contacted. To give us the opportunity to recognize, you can indicate an institutional figure (teaching staff and non-teaching staff) or a service (concierge service) willing to declare that the request started from the person actually indicated. In this case, the technical staff will contact the person / service indicated before resetting and informing you of the temporary password.

·         Write an email to a helpdesk or send a message to our mobile helpdesk (+39 349 3000167) attaching a photo of your ID card, requesting your UID password reset (or by providing Name, Surname and date of birth). The technical staff will contact you to give you the temporary password. For privacy rules, once identity is verified, the photo of your document will be deleted.

Upon completion of the transaction, a memo ticket will be sent to your institutional account.
