Thanks to the collaboration with the Specialized Section on immigration, international protection and free movement of citizens of the European Union of the Court of Florence, in 2019 we have also launched the legal clinic on immigration and asylum ⇒ Watch the video
Morevoer, thanks to the collaboration with the Court of Florence, we have been carrying out various researches on immigration and asylum matter. So far, three Country of origin reports have been realized:

• South Nigeria (read COI Report)
• Pakistan (read COI Report)
• Ghana (read COI Report)

The Immigration and Asylum Law has also elaborated two third party interventions before the European Court of Human Rights, presented on the 4th November 2020, toeghter with the Legal Clinic “Coesione e diritto” of the University of Catania:

• third party intervention in the case S.B. and Others v. Italy, Application No. 12344/18
• third party intervention in the case M.R. v. Italy, Application No. 13302/18

Thanks to the collaboration with Save the Children, the activities of the Legal Clinic has also focused on supporting lawyers at Save the Children's information desks dealing with cases regarding the legal conditions of children migrants on the national territory, the procedures of entry and family reunification in Italy, and access to reception services. This was done also by collaborating to the info materials of the website Diritti ai margini.
