New 2024 STAFF Mobility Call

BANDO ERASMUS+ STAFF MOBILITY

The Erasmus+ Call for Academic and Administrative and Technical Staff Teaching or Training mobility is now available.

Mobility can be performed at companies, training and research centers, Higher Educational Institutions or other institutions based in Programme Countries.

The deadline for applications is different according to the starting date of the mobility:

  • Not later than APRIL 8, 2024 for mobilities starting from April 13, 2024 and ending not later that July 31, 2024
  • Not later that APRIL 22, 2024 for mobilities starting from May 6, 2024 and ending not later that July 31, 2024

Final ranking lists will be advertised:

  • WIthin APRIL 12 for mobilities starting from April 13, 2024
  • WIthin APRIL 30 for mobilities starting from May 6, 2024

Awarded recipients will be contacted by email with instruction for acceptance of the contribution.

  • Full and Visiting Professors;
  • Associate Professors;
  • Adjunct Professors;
  • Tenured-track Researchers
  • Fixed-term Researchers
  • Research Fellows
  • Technical and Administrative Staff

Programme Countries (please check the list enclosed in the Call)

Teaching and combined Teaching+Training Activities can be performed only at foreign universities that have already subscribed a mobility agreement or are in the process to subscribe with Sant'Anna School (Allegato C lists Erasmus+ Agreement already signed by Sant'Anna School).

 

When         

  • From APRIL 13 to JULY 31, 2024
  • From MAY 6 to JULY 31, 2024

Mobility lenght

  • Minimum duration: 2 activity days+ 2 travel days
  • Maximum duration: 5 activity days+ 2 travel days

Call highlights      

  • Each applicant can submit the application for 1 destination only
  • It is required to enclose in the application an Activity Program detailing goals, added value of the mobility, description of the activity and expected results.
  • To be awarded of a contribution for Teaching activity it is required to perform 8 teaching hours/week.
  • To be awarded of a contribution for combined “Staff Mobility for Teaching/Training” it is required to perform 4 teaching hours/week.
  • Whether the receiving institution doesn't confirm its availability to host the mobility, the destination can be changed once, thus ensuring the quality of the activity program and obtaining a new authoprizaiton form the scientific or administrative responsible. In this case the financial backing will have to be double checked.
