ROBOTICS IN PISA: SANT'ANNA SCHOOL BIOROBOTICS INSTITUTE RESEARCHERS DEMONSTRATE A LEADING ROLE AT THE PALAZZO BLU SYMPOSIUM

The human face of robotics: the notion of human-computer interaction gives us all the information about the research activity conducted at the Biorobotics Institute of Sant’Anna School. In Pisa, researchers at the Biorobotics Institute have worked to develop technologies for social robotics in education, health care and rehabilitation, brain-computer interface, neuroprosthetics and cognitive therapy.

Sant’Anna School continues to demonstrate a leading role at the Palazzo Blu "Pisa and Robotics" Symposium, the meeting held on April 4, with a focus on higher education providing a network for academics and medical specialists to share knowledge on neuroengineering and robotics in medical applications.

Key-speakers include: Professor Paolo Dario, who founded the Biorobotics Institute, Professor Arianna Menciassi and Dr. Alberto Mazzoni.
