Toward an informed university choice: Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna welcomes students from the Me.Mo project, the orientation path for high merit students from fragile socio-economic backgrounds

From Wednesday, July 20 to Friday, July 22, the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna welcomes students from the Me.Mo. Project, "Merit and Social Mobility 2.0", the orientation and coaching program to accompany students of high merit, from fragile socio-economic backgrounds, toward an informed university choice.
The residential orientation course, the final stage of a program that began in February, involves the participation of 100 students attending the fourth year of upper secondary schools . The course offers an immersive experience in the university reality by participating in university lectures, seminars, visiting the School's research laboratories with an ongoing dialogue and confrontation with the students of Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna and other Schools and Colleges of Merit. The initiative, supported by the Ministry of Education, is promoted by the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna of Pisa. 
On Friday, July 22, the program includes speeches by Maria Chiara Carrozza, president of the CNR and professor of The BioRobotics Institute at the Scuola Sant'Anna, with the talk "What knowledge for the Italy of the future," and Patrizio Bianchi, Minister of Education.
