INDIVIDUAL INTERVIEW

EXPLORE – To explore, to look around, to get to know – first of all – oneself. Explore is the guidance and personalized consultation path in which you will be supported by a career counseling expert.

Individual 50-minute (at a minimum) career counseling interviews are available to define a personalized job placement Plan.

Each participant, according to their strengths, motivations, resources and needs will develop their own Plan of activities and initiatives, drawing from the Ecubed2 project offerings. This Plan is the basis for the construction of a training-professional project.
