CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTERERST FOR THE PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERTSHIP INCLUDING UNIVERSITY, RESEARCH CENTRE AND SANT’ANNA SCHOOL ON INDUSTRY 4.0 competence center IS NOW OPEN

The Call for Expressions of Interest for the Industry 4.0 Competence Centre is now online. The Call welcomes consortia of public-private partners offering multi-disciplinary competences. Sant’Anna School invites submissions for publicly-funded research projects with industrial relevance such as the transfer of knowledge, researcher training and long term strategic research in the area of intelligent manufacturing and cloud manufacturing technologies.

Competence Centres are collaborative research entities established and led by industry. The Italian National Plan for the Industry 4.0, combining high quality research and technology expertise, will generate and transfer new knowledge. The Call for Expressions of Interest, in compliance with Decreto Direttoriale MISE - art. 1, comma 1, lettera d - 29 January 2018 , calls for contributions that implement Industry 4.0 systems in smart factories involving autonomous robotics and human-robot collaboration (as required in art. 4 comma 3 - Decreto del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico 12 settembre 2017, n. 214).

Sant’Anna School will evaluate the proposals. Proposals will be checked for eligibility against a list of criteria. If the expressions of interest pass the evaluation stage, projects are selected for support and an agreement is established between the partners.

The deadline for submissions is 12 April 2018 (at 12.00 - noon). Proposals in a digitally signed format (please see attachment 1, attachment 2, and attachments 3A, 3B, 3C) shall be submitted online to: protocollo@sssup.legalmailpa.it
