What the URP does:

• Gives information on the School's organization, competences, services and initiatives.
• Listens and responds to questions, comments and suggestions on the operation of the the School's activities and services, helping to improve their quality.
• Directs users to the competent offices based on their needs and requirements.
• Guarantees the right of access to, information about and participation in administrative procedures.
