Elena Maggioni

With a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management from the University of Milan, Elena Maggioni focuses her work on the governance and organization of healthcare services. Formerly a research fellow at the Health Administration Research and Advanced Training Center at the University of Milan, and currently a PhD candidate in Management at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, she has concentrated her research on socio-healthcare integration and the creation of multidisciplinary and multiprofessional networks. Her research encompasses topics such as the integration between primary and specialized care, the structuring of diagnostic-therapeutic pathways supported by digitalization processes, and the use of artificial intelligence in healthcare processes, with the aim of contributing to innovation and sustainability in the sector.
