Book presentation: “Weimar. A Constitutionalism in Midstream” by Antonio Baldassarre

On Monday, September 30, in the Conference Hall of Palazzo Pilo Boyl, the book “Weimar. A Constitutionalism in Midstream” by Antonio Baldassarre, former President of the Italian Constitutional Court and author of numerous studies in public law, will be presented.

The meeting will be chaired and moderated by Gian Luca Conti of the University of Pisa and introduced by Paolo Bianchi of the University of Camerino.

Speakers include Laura Buffoni of the University of Sassari, Giacomo Demarchi of the University of Pisa, and Giacomo Delledonne of the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna.

The author will be in attendance.

The event is organized by WISS Lab and “Storie di Costituzione”, and represents an important opportunity for discussion and reflection on Weimar constitutionalism, its challenges, and its legacy, at a time when the debate on the forms and limits of constitutional democracy remains highly relevant.
