Abstract
The seminar “New Perspectives on Criminal Corporate Liability,” part of the AENEAS Jean Monnet Project, features a distinguished guest lecture by Professor Jonathan Clough, a leading expert in Criminal Law at Monash University. Professor Clough will provide an in-depth comparative analysis of recent developments in the field of corporate criminal liability within Common Law jurisdictions. His exploration aims to identify emerging trends and innovative pathways to enhance corporate accountability, particularly in transnational contexts such as global value chains.
