The Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna will host the Final Research-Policy Forum of the project Resilience to the Expansion of Jihadist Organizations in West Africa (REJOWA), funded by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI). The project analyzed the resilience factors of countries in the Gulf of Guinea against the expansion of jihadist organizations, with a focus on the case of Ghana.
The event, open to scholars, policymakers, and students, will feature interventions by Prof. Luca Raineri, Stig Jarle Hansen (keynote), and members of the research team, who will present the project’s findings and related new initiatives (ESATRE and AQUABEHER).
