Call 2025 Erasmus+ Traineeship Talent@Work

The "Talent at Work" call by the Erasmus Mobility Consortium (Scuola IMT, Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, Scuola Normale Superiore) is now open!

The call offers mobility grants for traineeship activities in companies, training centres, research centres, universities and other organisations in Europe and Partner Countries.
Deadline for applications March 17, 2025.

Who can participate

Students of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna enrolled in:

  • Honors Courses
  • PhD courses
  • Master Diplomas

Students of the Scuola Normale Superiore and Scuola IMT Alti Studi Lucca.

Destinations

European Union countries and partner countries (see list and special conditions detailed in the call).

When

Mobility can start from April 22, 2025  and must end by 31 July  2026

It is possible to apply for a mobility already started before 22 04 2025, if the remaining period to be carried out after April 22, 2025  is at least 2 months (60 days). If the grant is awarded, it will only cover the period from 22 04 2025.

Duration of the traineeship

Long Mobility :Minimum two months (60 full days) and maximum twelve months (360 days).

Short term mobility: minimum 5 days, maximum 30 days (In case of Bachelor, Master Degree and Master’s Diplomas students, an unfunded virtual component of the mobility will be mandatory.)

What's new in the call

  • Students can apply for 1 mobility period (for a maximum total request of 12 months)
  • Short-term physical mobility (In case of Bachelor, Master Degree and Master’s Diplomas students, an unfunded virtual component of the mobility will be mandatory.)
  • Blended Mobility
  • It is possible to receive a travel grant (from EU Erasmus+ funds) in case:
  • Mobility in Partner Countries (only 20% of the Budget for mobilities)

1) Learners in short-term mobility with mobility to Programme Countries and Partner Countries .

2) Learners in long-term mobility with mobility to Partner Countries (no UK, Switzerland and Faroe Islands)Increase in grants for students with fewer opportunities (ISEE)

Infoday Erasmus+ Mobility Consortium Talent at Work - Traineeship Mobility

On Tuesday February 25, 2025, an online Infoday was held in order to illustrate all the news and provide information on the new Erasmus+ Mobility Consortium call for traineeship mobility grants whose deadline is 17 March 2025.

It was possible to follow and participate through a Webex link, which was sent by email to all students.
