off campus access to ejournals & databeses: a new VPN service

The School ICT Services provided a new tool to get an easier and widespread access to the School net from home.

Download the guide Installazione NetScaler Gateway Plug-in, by the ICT Services, to install the plug-in on your devices. The guide is in Italian, but it's made with screenshots and it's very intuitive.

Once installed, the new URL to access is https://ive2.santannapisa.it.

At this moment, the service is available only for institutional account, and doesn't work for Guest account. User provided with Guest account can continue to use the IVE portal.
