Assist Digital acquires majority stake in Hyntelo, a spin-off of the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa: a new European center of excellence for Artificial Intelligence and data enhancement at the service of Customer Experience

The majority stake in Hyntelo, a spin-off of the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, has been acquired by Assist Digital, a leading consulting and technology services company in customer experience, data, and artificial intelligence.
The transaction represents a strategic step towards strengthening Assist Digital's position in the European ecosystem of AI applied to business. Hyntelo's management team, led by CEO and Co-founder Giacomo Filippo Porzio, President and Co-founder Renato Giacobbo Scavo, and CTO and Co-founder Gianluca Nastasi, will remain fully operational, ensuring continuity in the company's growth and collaboration with customers.

Hyntelo specializes in the development of vertical Data & AI solutions based on machine learning and advanced data analysis technologies, with a focus on highly regulated and complex sectors such as Life Sciences and Financial Services, where it supports major international companies.
The company is Veeva Systems' first European AI partner and has also received recognition from Everest Group and Gartner for its innovative approach to CRM through the development of its proprietary Lyriko platform. With this acquisition, Assist Digital strengthens its proprietary solutions platform and enhances its value proposition in the field of Data & Artificial Intelligence, which now boasts a center of expertise with over 150 professionals working on these issues for enterprise customers.
