The first edition of the Advanced Training Course in Sport Management and Sustainability, promoted by the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies and ACF Fiorentina, has come to an end. The 30 selected students received their certificates of participation, thus completing an intensive training programme of excellence that has enabled them to acquire specific skills in the management of sports organisations - specifically those operating in the world of football - to face future challenges, in particular those represented by the transition to sustainability models.

The Advanced Training Course, coordinated by Tiberio Daddi, associate professor of Economics and Business Management at the Sant'Anna School of Management, aims to build or consolidate a career in sports management, with particular reference to football. The lessons, which took place from February to June 2025, involved 11 lecturers from the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, 17 managers and executives from ACF Fiorentina and 15 managers from 12 different companies.

The second edition of the course is currently being planned. The new call for applications will be published in autumn 2025.
