Increasing the environmental sustainability of companies in the restaurant industry with a management forecasting and geomarketing software: AIVesp, a startup from the Sant'Anna School ranks second in the European competition "EELISA Next Level"
Sant'Anna School startup AIVesp won second place at the "EELISA Next Level" competition, organized in Nuremberg on Friday, March 22 and Saturday, March 23, as part of the European university network EELISA, in which, for Italy, Sant'Anna School and Scuola Normale Superiore participate.
At the competition, AIVesp presented "OLIVIA," an innovative management forecasting and geomarketing software to increase the environmental sustainability of companies in the restaurant industry, using artificial intelligence algorithms that enable companies to make informed decisions in real time.
"EELISA Next Level" honored young companies from EELISA European University Network partners by giving them the opportunity to expand their relationships and especially contacts with possible European investors. At the ZOLLHOF Tech Incubator in Nuremberg, university teams and startups from 17 European countries confronted each other, presenting innovative business ideas and solutions in various fields, such as robotics, artificial intelligence, sustainable energy and digital health. "EELISA Next Level" qualifies as an important opportunity for comparison, which actively enhances the collaboration between universities, young companies and investors, and rewards young entrepreneurial entities such as AIVesp in facing the challenges of the European market.
