National awards, Arianna Menciassi, vice rector of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, receives the 'Donna è' award for her contribution in the field of science
Arianna Menciassi, vice rector of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, receives the 'Donna è' award for her contribution in the field of science and research. The award, now in its seventh edition, is organised by the Associazione Idee in Movimento, based in Casciana Terme (Pisa), and gives recognition to female figures who have distinguished themselves in their private, professional or social lives.
The ceremony takes place on Saturday 25 March at the Verdi Theatre in Casciana Terme. The proceeds of the evening will be donated to the AGBALT-Association of Parents of Children Affected by Leukaemia or Tumour of Pisa.
