Sant’Anna Business Game: from November 20 to 22, seventy students from all over Europe compete in business cases designed by companies
Top-level university education and the business world meet at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in an initiative created by JEBE (Junior Enterprise Business & Engineering)
Realistic consulting cases, creative challenges, and networking opportunities: from Thursday, November 20 to Saturday, November 22, 2025, the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa will host the seventh edition of the Sant’Anna Business Game. The competition, created by JEBE (Junior Enterprise Business & Engineering), a student association bringing together students of the Sant’Anna School, offers 70 young talents from various Italian and European universities an opportunity to connect with the professional world, also with a view to future placement.
The aim of the Sant’Anna Business Game is to foster collaboration and competition, offering participants the chance to work on real business cases proposed by leading international companies, featuring challenges that require managerial, engineering, and financial expertise, as well as simulations of everyday problems in corporate environments.
Thanks to the collaboration with the European university network EELISA, which the Sant’Anna School and the Scuola Normale Superiore in Pisa have joined on behalf of Italy, the Sant’Anna Business Game further strengthens its international dimension, with a significant number of participants from partner universities.
Partner companies
As in previous editions, the Sant’Anna Business Game relies on prestigious partner companies. Bain & Company, Generali, and ENEL will take part as strategic partners, presenting their long-awaited challenges. Alongside them will be other leading organizations such as Eurizon, Butori Serafino S.r.l., Lab 11, and Bugnion SpA. Each company will bring its own perspective, creating a mosaic of experiences and sectors that will enrich the competition and offer participants an immersion into the contemporary world of work.
On the afternoon of Friday, November 21, a sort of Job Fair will take place, during which all companies will have the opportunity to present themselves to participants and conduct introductory interviews.
Partnerships
The Sant’Anna Business Game is organized in partnership with the Municipality of Pisa, RAI Toscana, the Chamber of Commerce of North-West Tuscany, the network of other Junior Enterprises (JE Italy), and other Business Games (BG).
“What makes the Sant’Anna Business Game special is that students are not only valued and appreciated for their skills and qualities, too often underestimated, but that this recognition comes from an initiative organized by university students themselves. It is clear and concrete proof that we students have a lot to offer, a strong desire to take action” says Bernardino De Gregorio, the event’s Project Manager.
