A recognition for Luca Gori, assistant professor in Constitutional and Public Law at the Dirpolis (Law, Politics, Development) of the Sant'Anna School, has been appointed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies as an expert member of the National Observatory on Shared Administration. The organism was established to promote monitoring actions on the implementation of the so-called shared administration, an expression that indicates all the new administrative procedures to ensure the active involvement of Third Sector entities in the planning and development of projects of general interest and public services. The theme of shared administration is the subject of particular attention by theEuropean Union's Social Economy Action Plan, in respect of which the Italian experience is among the most advanced.
In the past, Luca Gori had already been a member of the Scientific Committee for the Promotion of the Social Economy, set up at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies (2021-2022), and he was also a member of the working group that drew up the guidelines on shared administration in 2021 (Ministerial Decree 71/2021). Luca Gori has also collaborated in the writing of several regional laws and has published essays and contributions on the subject.
