Towards work: orientation and counseling
The development of individual career plans is an integral part of the educational program for all the students at Sant'Anna School. It is achieved through initiatives that complement the academic programs with the information, tools, and skills necessary for professional career development. In this section, students from all the School's study programs can find information on activities (laboratories, presentations, visits, seminars, and workshops) designed to help them define their professional goals and learn about the relevant job market.

Career Talks (new)
The Career Talks initiative consists of interdisciplinary thematic meetings with prominent national and international figures and authorities—institutional, academic, business, or from the worlds of culture and communication—invited to share their professional experience and vision for the future of work, research, and innovation.
Each meeting is open to all subject areas to foster a cross-disciplinary perspective, with a specific focus on values, skills, and emerging career paths.
The series of events opens with the first meeting with Dr. Alessandro Fusacchia, titled "I mestieri non esistono," scheduled for January 14, 2026.
Career Mentoring
Career Mentoring meetings are organized in collaboration with Sant'Anna students, who each year identify Alumni to be invited to speak about the diverse professional trajectories that can be undertaken after completing education at the Sant'Anna School. The meetings take place in a very informal setting, offering an opportunity to expand students' career awareness and objectives as well as their networks. At the same time, they are a great opportunity for Alumni to give back and strengthen their ties with the School.
