As a part of the SKEP study, funded within the Sixth Research Framework Programme of the European Commission, the project aims to study the relationship between competitiveness and environmental regulation in relation to the building & construction sector through an in-depth analysis on the one hand, and the effects of innovative environmental policies on competitiveness on the other; as well as on the impact of these policies on the behaviour of firms and consumers.
