Montalcini College (before relais dell'Orologio)

Rita Levi Montalcini College is located at Via della Faggiola 12, in the heart of Pisa’s historic center, just a short walk from Piazza dei Cavalieri and the Main Campus of the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies. The building previously housed the Relais dell’Orologio, acquired by the School in February 2023 and now dedicated to hosting its students.

The college offers 36 beds, distributed across 15 double rooms and 6 single rooms, and features comfortable and functional spaces designed to support study and community life. Common areas include a large internal courtyard, a breakfast room, a laundry, a study room, and a recreational area.

The college is named after Rita Levi Montalcini, an extraordinary scientist and Nobel Laureate in Medicine, a symbolic figure of research and civic commitment, honored by the School through this dedication.
