Call for Expression of Interest for position at the DIRPOLIS Institute

The Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies, in view of the possible opening of a new tenured position of Recognized researcher at the DIRPOLIS Institute is seeking expressions of interest by potential candidates interested in joining our community  in issues related to one or more of the following fields of interest:

• Security and Rights in Cyberspace: Criminal Law and Digital Criminality

• Criminal Law, Cybercrime and Cybersecurity: National, European and International Perspectives

• Law and Technology: Legal Theory and Interpretation

• Criminal Law and Online Safety

• Criminal Law, “Responsibilization” and Private Ordering in the Digital Age

• The (Criminal) Protection of the Information Ecosystem

• AI, Misuse of Technologies and Criminal Law

• Data-driven Criminal Policy and Compliance; RegTech and Digital Pre-emption.

and invites interested  Scientist with PhD degree and a research background of one or more of the previous areas    to  send their expressions of interest to scouting@santannapisa.it within October, 3, 2025.
