Loliettoo™ is a project for pure veg oils production and trading, with a high social impact, that together with local farmers communities in Third countries and the international PhD Programme in Agrobiodiversity (curriculum Plant Genetic Resources) of Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, is developing the first extraordinary global network for oleaginous seeds sourcing and for i n loco mechanical cold pressing, in order to satisfy the international demand from cosmetic, food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The availability of pure high quality veg oils allows to generate research aimed at the identification of new organic molecules with high technological potential and nutraceutical purposes.
