Prensilia develops and manufactures advanced robotic hands for prosthetic (Mia Hand Prosthesis), industrial (Mia Hand Industrial), and research applications (Mia Hand R&D, IH2 Azzurra), and provides integration and third-party research and development services.

Its flagship product, Mia Hand, is a lightweight, robust and versatile robotic hand designed to interact effectively with the environment, grasp objects of different sizes, and modulate grip force. It supports multiple grasp types, including lateral, cylindrical and precision grips, as well as functional movements such as index finger flexion–extension and thumb opposition. Mia Hand can be equipped with sensors to meet specific application needs and is suited for use in prosthetics, collaborative robotics, flexible automation, and human–machine interface research

Prensilia also offers IH2 Azzurra, a self-contained multi-articulated robotic hand with integrated actuation, sensing, and control electronics. Its compact design and standard communication interfaces make it a versatile platform for research and experimental use, particularly for the validation of human–machine interfaces, control algorithms, and sensory feedback systems.
