I am a PhD student at the Institute of Economics, Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies.
I got my Bachelor's degree in Economics and Banking - Scienze Economiche e Bancarie - at the University of Siena, and my Master's degree in Economics at the University of Pisa and Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies.
Research
Economic history, with a particular focus on the Italian interwar period; long-run development; industrial policies. Currently I am working on the medium- to long-run effects of fascist autarky in the post-war Italian economic miracle.
