TOLC TEST cost reimbursement
The School reimburses applicants and candidates in the Level I and Single-Cycle admission competition for the cost of registration fees for the TOLC tests incurred in the pre-selection phase in order to be among those admitted to the written tests.
After submitting candidates can apply for reimbursement up to a maximum of two TOLC tests.
The reimbursement is related to the ISEE Università 2024 and is applicable only to those in the income range under 22,000 euros.
To receive reimbursement, send an e-mail to concorso.allievi@santannapisa.it attaching the following documents:
- Completed and signed reimbursement request
- Completed and signed reimbursement form
- ISEE Università 2024
- Payment receipts released by CISIA
- Certification of the results of the TOLCs for which reimbursement is requested
Proof of registration for the competition is checked ex officio.
Contribution to expenses
Accomodation in the School dorms: the School may be able to provide free accommodation in their dorms for the candidates. It will be assigned on availability basis, upon email request, to the U.O. Gestione Tecnica Infrastrutture e Servizi by August 5th, 2024 to alloggi.collegio@santannapisa.it. The request must be accompanied by the 2024 ISEE University certification, on the basis of which the assign will be defined.
Contribution to expenses: to those who participate in the competition and have their residence more than 100 km away, the School recognizes a refund of the external accommodation costs, only in case of unavailability in the dorms, and a travel refund, according to the ISEE University 2024, according to the criteria indicated in art. 10 of the call:
- ISEE inferior or equal to € 22.000: 100% reimbursement of the expenses;
- Recognised travel expenses: II class train, long-distance bus, economy class plane, ferry (no refund of own vehicle);
- Accommodation: outside accommodation, only in case of unavailability in the dorms, up to a maximum of € 60.00 per night;
- ISEE between € 22.001 and € 40.000: 75% reimbursement of the expenses.
Recognised travel expenses (excluding reimbursement of own means of transport):
- for journeys between 100 and 800 Km: II class train, long-distance bus;
- for journeys over 800 km: II class train, long distance bus, economy class aircraft;
- for trips from Sardinia and Sicily: II class train, long-distance bus, economy class plane, ferry;
- Accommodation: outside accommodation, only in case of unavailability in the dorms, up to a maximum of € 60.00 per night.
How to apply for a refund:
To obtain refunds, candidates must submit the following by September, 30th, 2024:
- Request for reimbursement of accommodation and travel expenses, signed in original, to be completed using the model provided by the School. The request can already be downloaded and submitted completed and signed during the written tests of the competition, or sent after the return home;
ISEE University certification 2024; - receipts (air tickets, train, accommodation costs, etc.) to be delivered in the original on the occasion of the tests or to be sent by e-mail later after the return, to the address reimbursement rimborsi.concorso@santannapisa.it.
In the absence of ISEE the refund cannot be given.
