Incoming Mobility Traineeship

Incoming mobility for Traineeship (incoming internship) offers the possibility to students or recent graduates (within one year of obtaining the qualification) to carry out an internship in one of the scientific-disciplinary areas in which the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna carries out research activities, at Research Institutes or Interdisciplinary Research Centres.
The main characteristics of an incoming internship are:
- Eligibility: Participants must be enrolled in a higher education institution in their country of origin. Duration of the internship: the internship can last from 2 to 12 months, depending on the agreement between the student and the host organisation.
- Funding: incoming internships usually receive financial support from the home institution. The Erasmus+ mobility programme allows for a contribution to travel and stay abroad, to be requested from the home institution.
- Learning outcomes: Participants gain practical work experience in an international context, improve their language skills and develop skills that enhance their employability.
If the applicant is interested in more details about the inclusion support provided by the Erasmus+ Programme, he/she can write an email to erasmus@santannapisa.it with the subject line ‘Erasmus inclusion’.
Attached are the Guidelines prepared by the Placement Unit of the School, which provide useful information for activating an incoming internship.
