The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on our lives. Not only on a political and health level. Lockdowns and restrictions have disrupted our approach to everyday life and our relationships with others. This has caused many problems, resulting in various forms of social desease. The Higher Education Course 'Forms of Discomfort in the Post-Pandemic: Social Discomfort, Disability, Long Term Care', organised by the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, aims to provide a multidisciplinary approach to this problem, in particular by analysing the specificities of the post-pandemic period. Through the examination of concrete case studies and the implementation of concrete proposals, the course explores all the possibilities for understanding, managing and overcoming distress in the post-pandemic period.
The course is aimed at civil servants of various levels, social workers, teachers, family members of people with disabilities, people active in NGOs.
