"Livorno Innovativa - The system of innovation and research for the benefit of the sea economy": the event sponsored by Scuola Sant'Anna in Livorno. For the first time, all the innovative realities in the field of port logistics gathered together
"Innovative Livorno: the innovation and research system for the benefit of the maritime economy" is the exhibition that took place on 14 December in Livorno in the presence of various entities in the world of research, entrepreneurship and innovation. An event that focused attention on technological innovation processes oriented towards logistics and ports and more generally to the maritime economy.
For the first time Livorno has invited all the local entities: applied research centres, spin-offs and innovative companies, which work and are working on technologies ready to be included in the world linked to ports and logistics and the entire applied research system.
The event was sponsored by the Sant'Anna School and by the Tuscany Region, University of Pisa, Polo Tecnologico of Navacchio, Confetra Toscana, Interporto Amerigo Vespucci, Port System Authority of the Northern Tyrrhenian Sea and Confindustria of Livorno.
Participating as speakers were Paolo Dario, Professor Emeritus of the Institute of BioRobotics of the Sant'Anna School with the talk entitled "Science and innovation for businesses in the emerging scenario of Industry 5.0" and Marco Fontana, Associate Professor of the Institute of Mechanical Intelligence of the Sant'Anna School.
The School's Spin Offs: VR Media s.r.l. with Corrado Vesentini and ABZero s.r.l. with Giuseppe Tortora they presented themselves as exhibitors, while the Spin Technodeal s.r.l. e BTR Simulator s.r.l. attended as guests.
