"GREENIFY" project aims to support girls and young women, coming from rural areas or families with both parents, who are not graduates, to follow a green career in the future labour market. In addition, the project will equip STEM teachers and VET trainers with the developed training materials to support the supply of high-quality learning opportunities in response to the needs of the future green labour market.
The partnership will implement activities related to the development, piloting, and improvement of a STEM educational toolkit and SMM, targeting girls and young women, coming from rural areas or families with both parents, who are not graduates. Both training materials will be developed, based on research and a need analysis of target groups, and will be piloted through dedicated events.
Dissemination of the project results will be ensured through C&D plan and a social media campaign.
GREENIFY project’s main goal is to position the Innovative STEM toolkit and the Sustainability management module as core training materials for skills - adaptation for the future green and sustainability labour market. In addition, both training materials will support VET trainers and STEM teachers in their work of assisting and mentoring girls and young women, coming from rural areas or families with both parents, who are not graduates, to follow a green career in the future labour market
