FLUID WIRE ROBOTICS-FWR develops and manufactures next-generation electric robotic arms that are highly robust and designed to ensure reliability and safety under critical conditions, using an innovative proprietary technology based on an advanced fluidic transmission system called “Fluid Wire”. Thanks to this technology, all electric actuators, electronics, and sensors are housed within a sealed external unit called the Actuation Box. 

Power is then transmitted to the robot’s joints via Fluid Wires, highly efficient transmitters. This approach allows for lightweight, passive robotic arms without onboard electrical components, providing significant advantages in terms of reliability, safety, and ease of maintenance. FWR robots are designed to operate in extreme environments, including space, nuclear, underwater, explosive, and outdoor settings. 

The goal is to revolutionize the management of critical infrastructures by enabling inspection, maintenance, repair, and assembly operations, including remote or autonomous operation.
